# How-To Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut each pickle spear in half lengthwise to form "fries." Pat dry with paper towels.
- Place flour in one shallow bowl. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a third bowl, mix panko, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
- Dredge each pickle fry in flour, then dip in egg mixture, then coat in panko mixture. Press gently to adhere breadcrumbs.
- Arrange breaded pickle fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown. Work in batches if necessary.
- Meanwhile, mix all spicy mayo ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
- Serve pickle fries hot with spicy mayo for dipping.
