# How-To Steps:
01 - Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
03 - Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, then fold in chopped nuts if using.
04 - Transfer mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
05 - Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the surface if desired.
